Responsibilities
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates, ensuring all activities and insights are accurately documented in the CRM
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-caliber professionals through research, networking, and direct outreach
Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial conversations to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit aligned with client needs
Interview & Process Coordination: Manage interview logistics, prepare candidates, and support offer negotiation to ensure a seamless hiring experience
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and present well-matched candidates
Offer Negotiation & Close: Guide candidates through the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless hiring experience
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive hiring practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Comfortable with conducting a high volume of outreach via cold calling, emails, and others
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
