Responsibilities

Assist with powder, emulsion, and anhydrous formulation work
Prepare lab batches, weigh raw materials, and create samples and prototypes
Perform basic stability testing (pH, viscosity, color, etc.) and document results
Maintain accurate and organized laboratory documentation
Organize lab equipment, materials, and inventory according to procedures
Support multiple projects in a fast-paced laboratory environment

Required

1 - 2 years of experience working as a lab technician or in a laboratory setting
Basic understanding of cosmetic formulation and laboratory practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Preferred

Cosmetic lab technician experience, especially with powder formulations
Knowledge of GMP/GLP and cosmetic regulations
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, or a related field preferred
