Markacy is an award-winning marketing consultancy that helps businesses turn marketing into a profit center. The Manager will support and lead execution across media buying, analytics, and marketing optimization, owning client delivery and performance monitoring across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day delivery of client growth programs, partnering with Directors & Partners
Lead performance monitoring, reporting, and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon , and others
Build and maintain CAC/LTV models, forecasts, budget pacing models, and scenario plans
Oversee incrementality and optimization programs (geo tests, creative testing, audience segmentation)
Support MarTech and analytics implementation (tracking, GA4, tags, CRM workflows, feed management)
Create client-ready deliverables that synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
Manage Associates to ensure high-quality execution and analytical rigor
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in performance marketing, growth strategy, analytics, consulting, or media
Strong quantitative background: modeling, forecasting, Excel, data interpretation
Strong Powerpoint skills (concise and analytical presentation skills required)
Hands-on experience with platforms (Meta/Google required; TikTok/Amazon a plus)
Excellent communication and client management skills
