Responsibilities
Lead NPI team and ensure successful product introduction
Optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency
Partner with customers on requirements and escalations
Apply DFM and cost principles; troubleshoot E/M systems
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
International travel required (passport; China visa sponsored)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
5+ years as a Mechanical NPI Engineer with expertise in Prototype & Production-level DFM for data center products
1–3 years in scaled manufacturing of liquid cooling solutions (board to facility level), including cold plates, fittings, tubing, leak detection, CDUs, and AALCs
Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Agile, Propel) and ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes
Strong troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems, root cause analysis, and 8D methodology
International travel required (passport; China visa sponsored)
Preferred
L11 integration/testing of liquid-cooled products for data centers
Fiber optic cable handling (BICSI cert preferred)
Knowledge of data center lifecycle management and high-level cold plate handling
Familiarity with facility-level power/cooling requirements
PCB layout review (Allegro) and CREO MCAD experience
