Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)
Hamilton Medical is a company dedicated to enhancing the lives of patients on respirators and supporting caregivers. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 16-week contract to assist the marketing and sales teams, focusing on trade show logistics, event planning, and managing branded materials.

Responsibilities
Coordinate trade show logistics, including materials preparation, shipping, and tracking
Support the planning and execution of events and meetings
Manage the inventory and distribution of branded materials
Assist with new hire onboarding including coordinating new hire materials and supporting onboarding training logistics
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in marketing content design
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with website content management systems (Wix, Wordpress) to update digital content, forms, and landing pages
Familiarity with CRM/Content Marketing Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, D365 Customer Insights)
Experience with Oktopost is a plus
Interest or experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds
High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum of 6 month in a marketing role
