Responsibilities

Forge enduring, trust-based relationships with partners, delivering exceptional customer service
Collaborate with partners and business owners to comprehend their needs and refine project requests
Ensure contractual obligations to partners, such as routine reports, audits, due diligence, and risk assessments, are met
Define project requirements for partner approval and seamless handoff to other teams involved
Cultivate and nurture partner relationships through frequent communication
Manage and align partner priorities, ensuring clear understanding and adherence
Champion the voices of all stakeholders, promoting transparency in team progress and celebrating successes
Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to maintain thriving partner relationships
Demonstrate a deep understanding of multiple products and operational processes
Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
