Responsibilities
Serve as a primary engagement lead and digital capability expert, working directly with business stakeholders and internal teams to guide strategy, provide consultative insights, and ensure successful execution of complex digital initiatives
Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s digital ecosystem, technology stack, and tools, providing actionable recommendations for new technologies, products, and improved ways of working
Collaborate with customer experience strategy, technology, marketing, and service communications stakeholders to proactively identify customer journey friction points and optimize digital engagement and arbitration rules
Partner closely with development teams and marketing/communications subject matter experts to support the seamless implementation of new communication strategies, platforms, and workflows
Lead and contribute to comprehensive communications and platform audits, critically assessing current tools and technologies, and delivering strategic and operational model recommendations
Identify and drive process improvements and improved ways of working, transferring methodologies and best practices across teams
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, impactful outputs by effectively guiding cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, program goals, and project outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in digital product management, customer experience strategy, or digital transformation roles
Deep expertise in digital platforms, products, and ecosystems, with a strong understanding of how technology enables superior customer experiences and business value
Familiarity with digital communication tools, marketing technology platforms, and platform-level strategic thinking (e.g., customer engagement engines or similar rule-based systems)
Demonstrated ability to connect high-level strategy with tactical execution
Experience making data-driven recommendations that influence business outcomes
Strong capability in leading stakeholder and cross-functional team engagements
Proven experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
