Responsibilities
Lead the crew on-site as the primary field authority, setting the pace and standard
Enforce Torq install processes and perform continuous QA/QC to prevent rework
Serve as the on-site representative, confidently answering customer questions
Solve job site issues immediately or escalate early with recommended solutions
Own the training of newer installers, coaching methods and efficiency in real time
Complete accurate job closeouts, including all required photos and technical notes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience in coatings, construction, or related trades
Prior experience leading a crew or job with a focus on quality and schedules
Ability to read scopes and work orders with high technical accuracy
Proficiency with mobile apps for project documentation and status updates
Ownership mindset with a calm, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
Professional presence capable of building customer trust and mentoring others
