Handle construction and commercial litigation from pleadings through trial
Represent developers, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals
Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, including AIA forms
Advise clients on risk management and dispute avoidance
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active NJ & NY bar admission (required)
10+ years of construction litigation experience
Strong experience with AIA and construction contracts
Excellent legal writing, research, and client communication skills
