Human Resources Intern
Hyra is working on behalf of Bel Brands USA to hire for the position of HR Internship - Culture & Capabilities. This role supports organizational development by assisting with employee engagement, culture building, and capability initiatives. You will work closely with HR leadership to foster an inclusive workplace and support continuous learning programs.

Responsibilities
Support the Belong employee-led council to implement DEI&B and wellbeing priorities
Coordinate events and programs that promote a speak-up culture and employee engagement
Maintain the library of organizational development resources and tools for the North American team
Draft communications for HR programs and track the impact and feedback of cultural events
Provide administrative support for organizational changes and learning and development workshops
Qualification
Required
Completed Bachelor's degree; currently pursuing a Master's degree is preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a changing professional environment
Passion for DEI&B and improving the overall employee experience
Ability to travel occasionally to corporate offices in New York or Chicago
