Responsibilities

Develop and validate bioassays to support biological drug development
Plan and execute experiments supporting Process Development and project goals
Analyze and interpret experimental data; identify anomalous or inconsistent results
Operate laboratory equipment and software (plate reader, SoftMax Pro) for ELISA and cell-based assays
Perform basic cell culture techniques and prepare technical reports
Present data using Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborate with team members and proactively engage senior staff to resolve technical issues
Participate in group meetings to share results and progress
Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Required

Basic understanding of ELISA and cell-based assays
Strong data analysis and organizational skills
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
BSc with 2+ years of relevant experience, or MSc with 1+ year of relevant experience
BSc or MSc in a relevant scientific discipline
