Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the company ERP system
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls
Maintain master data (items, BOMs, routings, vendors, customers, pricing, etc.)
Support core business processes including manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, quality, and finance
Coordinate system updates, upgrades, patches, and enhancements with ERP vendors or consultants
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely user support and training
Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
Support reporting, dashboards, and data extraction for business and regulatory needs
Participate in system validation, testing, and change management activities
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve system utilization and business efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information systems, business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience administering or supporting an ERP system
Strong understanding of ERP business processes (manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, finance)
Experience managing user access, master data, and system configuration
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment (medical device, dental, pharmaceutical, or similar)
Experience with ERP validation and change control
SQL, reporting, or data analysis experience
