Responsibilities
Travel with senior engineers to perform on-site troubleshooting and commissioning for BESS, PV, HVAC, and LCU equipment
Conduct system diagnostics and corrective actions to resolve field issues
Serve as a technical liaison between field operations and the training center
Collect, document, and report site issues and technical data to support internal training and R&D collaboration
Support development of internal training materials based on field experience
Participate in internal training sessions and assist in training delivery as needed
Collaborate with engineers, service managers, and technical teams to ensure stable project operations and knowledge transfer
Transition into permanent technical or training roles based on performance
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of electrical engineering experience in solar, battery, or power electronics
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics Engineering
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in solar, battery, or power electronics industries
Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to travel extensively (Texas and surrounding states) and work in dynamic, field-based environments
Ability to quickly learn parts, systems, and equipment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset
Preferred
Mandarin proficiency preferred
