Territory Sales Manager

Waste Resource Management is an environmental services company based in Houston, TX, with rapidly growing operations in various states. The Territory Sales Manager will focus on new business development within the Denver market, driving outside sales efforts and collaborating with internal teams to secure long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

Drive outside sales efforts by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities within an assigned territory
Develop and execute a strategic plan to consistently generate new leads, conduct sales calls, and close contracts with decision-makers
Conduct in-person site visits, deliver tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet specific client needs
Clearly communicate service offerings, pricing models, and compliance requirements to prospects
Maintain detailed records of all outreaches, pipeline activity, and customer interactions using CRM tools
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and customer handoff post-sale
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and revenue targets related to new account acquisition
Participate in special projects and other assignments as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of new business acquisition
Experience in service-based or institutional sales is a plus
Strong prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the territory

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
