Responsibilities
Support attorneys throughout all phases of mass toxic tort defense litigation
Manage and organize large volumes of pleadings, discovery, medical records, and expert materials
Coordinate discovery, including document collection, review, and production
Track case deadlines, calendars, and court filings
Assist with expert coordination and trial preparation
Conduct legal and factual research as assigned
Communicate with clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, vendors, and court personnel
Maintain accurate data, files, and records in firm systems while ensuring confidentiality
Qualification
Required
3+ years of paralegal experience
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to commute to the Philadelphia office at least four days per week
Preferred
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
