Responsibilities

Support financial reporting & client deliverables – Coordinate and deliver recurring client reporting, budgeting and ad hoc analyses to keep both attorney teams and clients informed on billing, collections and revenue performance

Turn data into insights – Analyze financial trends and performance metrics for a dedicated group of Litigation clients, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key takeaways

Be a finance representative – Interface directly with attorneys and clients to respond to revenue-related questions, support client communications, and help keep billing and reporting on track

Streamline processes – Find ways to improve efficiency, implement best practices, and leverage technology to optimize revenue management and enhance client reporting

Collaborate & grow – Work closely with partners, attorneys, clients, and finance teams to support broader litigation initiatives and deliver a high level of service to a dedicated client base

Required

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

4+ years of experience in finance or accounting

Project management skills - Ability to manage multiple reporting and analysis requests as well as multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines

Excellent communication & teamwork – You can present your findings clearly and collaborate with various teams, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at various levels within the Firm

Strong analytical skills – You enjoy working with numbers and can break down complex data into actionable insights

A proactive mindset – You are eager to learn, improve processes, and take ownership of projects

Tech skills – Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation experience

General billing and database software, with an existing understanding of relational database concepts

Preferred

Experience with PowerBI preferred
