Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with financial reporting and forecasting
Knowledge of pricing strategies and margin analysis
Preferred
Experience in the food industry or consumer goods
Familiarity with business intelligence tools
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
Experience with ERP systems
