Pricing Manager

Tigua Inc. is seeking a Senior Government Contract Pricer to serve as the internal authority for pricing strategy and execution across federal proposals. This role involves ownership of pricing decisions, supporting capture strategy, and ensuring compliance and competitiveness in pricing for various government contracts.

Responsibilities

Own pricing strategy and execution for federal proposals, including:
GSA MAS pricing and modifications
BOSS task orders
Facilities maintenance and service contracts
Serve as the final internal pricing authority (pre-executive approval)
Develop and approve:
Cost models and pricing builds
BOEs and pricing narratives
Labor mixes, escalation assumptions, and indirect rates
Price and review:
Labor (including SCA / DBA labor)
ODCs
Materials and equipment
Service calls / unit pricing
Subcontractor proposals
Conduct and document:
Price realism analyses
Price reasonableness determinations
Unbalanced pricing assessments
Advise Capture Managers on:
Competitive pricing strategies
Win-probability tradeoffs
Risk vs. margin decisions
Interface regularly with:
Capture and Proposal Managers
Finance and Accounting
Executive leadership
External partners and subcontractors
Ensure all pricing aligns with 8(a) small business requirements
Support negotiations, ENs, FPRs, and post-submission pricing clarifications
Continuously improve internal pricing processes and standard

Required

8+ years of federal government contract pricing experience
Proven experience as a lead or senior pricer on: GSA MAS contracts, IDIQ task orders (including BOSS), Facilities maintenance or service contracts
Strong expertise in: Labor-based federal pricing, SCA / DBA compliance, Subcontractor cost analysis
Advanced Excel and pricing-modeling skills
Ability to independently make and defend pricing decisions
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred

Experience supporting 8(a) or other small business federal contractors
Prior role as pricing lead or pricing authority
Experience supporting hybrid technical / facilities proposals
