Engage in case investigatory work including document review
Argue motions
Bring a case from inception to trial
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in general commercial litigation and/or real estate litigation
Admitted to New York State and a licensed attorney in good standing with the New York State Bar
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery demands/responses
Conducting legal research
Engaging in case investigatory work (including document review)
Arguing motions
