Responsibilities

Responsible for job postings, conducts phone screens, and works with managers for interview scheduling

Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff

Conducts or acquires (initiates) background checks, MVRs, references, and employee eligibility verifications

Handles logistical support of onboarding and New Employee Orientations

Assists with special hiring projects and job fairs

May support routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs that include compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development

Maintains human resources records by filing materials and recording changes in a precise and timely manner

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

Required

Minimum of two (2) years office and administrative experience

Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of insurance. Provide and maintain a reliable mode of transportation for all scheduled shifts and can drive safely in all types of inclement weather

This position requires a National Sex Offender Public Website check, criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and Colorado Adult Protective Services check. Offers of employment are contingent upon the results of these checks

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organization and planning skills

Experience with computer and office equipment, database systems, Microsoft suite applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
