Responsibilities

Manage a flexible portfolio of brand activations within non-retail environments
Develop opportunities for brand growth by establishing relationships with key contacts
Build and manage high-performance teams
Evaluate, coach, and develop performance plans for direct reports
Maintain accurate records and provide timely reporting of activity performance and inventory assigned to the market
Travel within the market and periodically for meetings, trainings, and market visits

Required

You have sales, business to business service or consumer engagement experience (ideally 5+ years)
You have strong judgement and decision-making skills that allow you to make team decisions with the market independently and when partnering with local business partners
You have meticulous merchandising, collaboration and presentation skills
You are confident in your ability to track, monitor, and establish goals and budgets through the program
You will oversee or manage our Assistant Manager who will then manage all the brand ambassadors
You must be flexible in your work schedule to include days, nights, and weekends as your business partners may need
You possess the ability to attract and retain talent that's hired for your team and have an action and result based mindset
You must be 21 or older and are comfortable with working for a tobacco / nicotine brand
Must be eligible for DOT certification in Golf/Cultural and Nightlife (non retail) channels
