Responsibilities
Coordinate with operations to ensure daily project tasks are on schedule and running smoothly
Keep customers and Project Managers informed on project status, delivering top-tier service and transparency
Work within established budgets and oversee permitting processes, ensuring profitability and compliance
Assist with site safety plans, lead toolbox meetings, and ensure thorough documentation of all job activities
Source subcontractors, direct onsite crews, and resolve any issues that may arise between stakeholders
Maintain a polished and professional presence—appearance, communication, and conduct matter in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in construction or restoration project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of workflow systems and documentation processes
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate professionally
Willingness and ability to travel up to 95% of the time
Must be 21+, with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record
Preferred
Knowledge of the insurance industry
