Responsibilities

Project Oversight : Coordinate with operations to ensure daily project tasks are on schedule and running smoothly
Client Communication : Keep customers and Project Managers informed on project status, delivering top-tier service and transparency
Budget and Permits : Work within established budgets and oversee permitting processes, ensuring profitability and compliance
Safety & Documentation : Assist with site safety plans, lead toolbox meetings, and ensure thorough documentation of all job activities
Subcontractor & Crew Management : Source subcontractors, direct onsite crews, and resolve any issues that may arise between stakeholders
Professionalism : Maintain a polished and professional presence—appearance, communication, and conduct matter in every interaction

Qualification

Construction project managementMicrosoft OfficeWorkflow systemsInsurance industry knowledgeLeadershipCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Previous experience in construction or restoration project management
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Understanding of workflow systems and documentation processes
Strong organizational skills
Ability to lead teams
Ability to resolve conflicts
Ability to communicate professionally
Willingness and ability to travel up to 95% of the time
Must be 21+
At least 3 years of driving experience
Clean driving record
