The ideal candidate will manage personal injury files from inception to trial and must have litigation experience along with the ability to draft pleadings independently.

MUST be able to handle PERSONAL INJURY files from inception to trial
Work in a fast paced environment
Must know how to draft pleadings independently (NOC, SC, BOPs, Discovery)
Must have litigation experience
Must have Construction Labor Law, MVA, and premises liability experience
Draft pleadings independently
Qualification
