Responsibilities
Support growth initiatives by helping to develop, launch, and refine customer-facing features, funnels, and retention strategies
Help manage product development workflows and sprints using JIRA or similar tools, ensuring clear communication and timely execution
Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation, helping measure impact and inform product decisions
Analyze data using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms to translate findings into actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, analytics, CX) to deliver high-quality product experiences from ideation to launch
Partner with customer experience teams to gather feedback, identify pain points, and improve the user journey
Track and monitor product performance, identify potential issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product innovation
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience (internships or entry-level PM roles are a plus)
Experience with product development workflows and sprints using JIRA or similar tools
Ability to contribute to A/B testing and experimentation
Experience analyzing data using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, analytics, CX)
Ability to partner with customer experience teams to gather feedback and improve the user journey
Experience tracking and monitoring product performance
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
Hands-on, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity
Comfortable with data-driven decision-making
Interest in user experience and design, with an eye for detail
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Figma
Understanding of UI/UX best practices
