Proven ability to research, plan, design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for production and energy use applications
Experience working with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and maintenance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is required
5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong experience in 3D modeling and design using SolidWorks and/or Autodesk Inventor
Solid fundamental knowledge of machine design, including hydraulic and conveying systems
Proven ability to research, plan, design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for production and energy use applications
Experience working with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and maintenance
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex and technically challenging issues independently
Preferred
Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments
Proficiency with AutoCAD in addition to SolidWorks/Inventor
Strong understanding of mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, and heat transfer systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within team environments
Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a high-output, fast-paced environment
