Responsibilities
Lead, train, and supervise maintenance personnel supporting assembly and production equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
Identify root causes of equipment failures and drive corrective and preventive actions
Program, troubleshoot, and document PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Modicon)
Interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot control and power circuits
Work with 24V, 115V, 277V, and 480V three-phase electrical systems, including switchgear and bus systems
Develop, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for production and facility equipment
Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, and quality teams
Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards, including lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and PPE
Support capital projects related to equipment upgrades and improvements
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to maintenance staff
Support overtime, weekend work, and on-call needs as required
Travel for training as needed (overnight stays possible)
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of maintenance leadership or senior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong background in preventive maintenance systems and controls
Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
Solid understanding of production equipment and manufacturing processes
Experience working in lean manufacturing environments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and maintenance or material planning systems)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment
