Leading the Doctor of Social Work program

Overseeing curricular design and implementation

Organizing DSW events throughout the academic year and summer

Teaching at both the Master’s and Doctoral levels

Overseeing the program’s curriculum

Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Required

Master of Social Work degree (MSW)

Doctoral degree in social work or related field (DSW or Ph.D. degree in social work is preferable)

University teaching experience

Strong research and publication record

Strong interest in and commitment to the integration of faith and learning in the practice of social work

Ability to communicate effectively

Progressive experience leading faculty and staff in higher education settings such as department chair or director

History of quality teaching
