Responsibilities
SAP S/4 HANA OTC Implementation & Support
SAP OTC fit gap analysis, designing and configuration, testing and related documentation
Lead all requirements gathering and designing and configuration
Work with ABAP/SD onshore/offshore team to conclude the required development
Works with business COE/IT experts to make sure the business requirements are implemented with the best practices and standardized solutions
Handle hyper care support, and ongoing Break / Fix emergencies and Enhancements
Own all new form outputs in the OTC space, including French Language requirements
Work with business to gather existing forms from legacy system
Translate the forms into Functional specifications for form development including SAP best practices and standards
Setup output configuration and messages
Interact and guide offshore Developer to build forms
Test forms through OTC process
Manage integration requirements to 3rd party vendor which prints and emails forms
Participate in SIT OTC with focus on forms
Work independently to push the tasks for Outputs and raise issues to team lead
Experience of working within a formal project methodology ASAP and Agile frame works
Qualification
Required
Overall 15+ years in SAP S4 HANA as SD consultant
Worked in S/4 HANA implementations as a hands-on lead for SAP SD/OTC Outputs in at least 2 of the 3 most recent projects
