Responsibilities
Generating new clients and building relationships with referral sources
Focusing on building client relationships and generating leads through inbound/outbound calls, research, and emails
Enroll and refer Medicaid eligible individuals
Establishing and maintain brand awareness through referral source contacts and community education efforts
Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets
Demonstrating a thorough and complete knowledge of the agency’s, vision, mission and values
Identifying, evaluating and prioritizing potential referrals sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area
Representing the agency and its services in a professional, competent and responsive manner
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all activities and participant information
Attending weekly/monthly growth meeting
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support throughout the process
Qualification
Required
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential
Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent sales skills
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-pace environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Preferred
1 year sales experience (preferred)
