Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are seeking three highly experienced Accounts Payable professionals to support a critical Workday system transition and implementation of a new AI invoice processing tool. These contractors will play a key role in onboarding and training the tool while maintaining high-volume invoice processing operations.

Responsibilities

Process and route a high volume of invoices and credit memos for review and approval
Collaborate with Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies and follow up on purchase orders
Reconcile vendor statements, resolve outstanding issues, and manage AP aging
Assist in preparing invoice imports and reviewing weekly summary reports
Support the training and configuration of a new AI tool (Relish) designed to automate invoice processing

Qualification

Accounts Payable experienceWorkdayOCR systemsExcelOrganizedDetail-orientedEffective communication

Required

3+ years of direct Accounts Payable experience
Strong knowledge of invoice workflows and reconciliation
High proficiency with Excel and Outlook
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working overtime and weekends when necessary to meet deadlines
Must be based in Arizona or able to work hybrid from the Scottsdale office

Preferred

Prior experience with Workday and/or OCR systems
