Meet with clients in their homes to assess their storage and organizational needs
Develop creative, customized design solutions that align with their style and functionality goals
Present design concepts and guide clients through the decision-making process
Handle objections with grace, ensuring clients feel informed and excited
Manage customer relationships from the first consultation to the final installation
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through consultative selling and relationship-building
Stay up to date with design trends and product offerings to offer the best solutions to clients
Qualification
Required

Ability to build relationships and make clients feel heard and valued
Consensus-based, collaborative, and experiential problem solver
