Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting workpapers
Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes
Review and analyze general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support preparation of financial statements and internal management reports
Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Finance and Operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
1+ years of accounting experience
Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
experience with accounting software
