Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Client Services to understand the company’s growth goals, execute the overall sales strategy, operational plans, and processes that drive revenue growth to meet financial objectives
Execute the strategies that effectively position our SaaS products in the Healthcare Staffing market, generate demand, and lead to revenue growth
Proactively source from multiple channels including LinkedIn, social media, networking and our CRM. Consistently updating and maintaining the CRM system is critical to the team’s success
Identify and generate new leads and close opportunities through a deeper and broader engagement with new and prospective clients
Maintain a pipeline of qualified, active opportunities and work together with Director of Client Services to manage them to closure
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, pain points, and priorities to tailor our solutions and proposals effectively
Schedule, compose and execute client presentations, demos, and proposals
Obtain customer feedback and provide product improvement recommendations. Work with Director of Client Services to adjust strategies as needed
Reduce churn rate by helping customers understand why they should stay with our company, as well as what value they're receiving from the relationship
Proactively manage the client experience and provide training/best practices as needed
Work closely with the Product Management Team to provide customer feedback, competitor analysis, and market trends to continue to enhance our products
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations to maintain our competitive edge
Stay attuned to the evolving healthcare industry landscape, proactively identifying competitive movements and market shifts to help position our Company as a market leader
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
Must have B2B SaaS product sales experience
Healthcare Staffing industry experience is a major plus
A proven track record of at least 4 years in B2B SaaS business development
Prior experience in a BD role within a startup or emerging healthcare technology company is highly desirable
High degree of business acumen and high emotional IQ
Demonstrated knowledge of business processes and business in general as well as risk awareness
Proven track record of driving growth and achieving revenue targets
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders
Advanced client retention skills: Highlight successful client success initiatives and strategies
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong ability to emphasize customer success early: Prioritize customers and their needs
Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams, including marketing, product, and provider relations
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote startup environment, where flexibility and adaptability are essential
