They are seeking a US-based Senior Project Manager with proven experience in Central Nervous System (CNS) clinical trials to lead complex, multi-regional studies and ensure operational excellence while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead bid defense presentations and contribute to study strategy development
Develop and implement integrated study management plans
Oversee planning and execution of medium to large, multi-regional clinical studies, ensuring speed, quality, and cost optimization
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and customer satisfaction
Build and lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and milestone achievement
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, local regulations, and company processes
Manage project financials, including forecasting, scope changes, and revenue acceleration opportunities
Mentor and support team members, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Required

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
7+ years of clinical research experience, including 4+ years in project management
Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage complex projects across geographies and functions
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
