Ensure financial activity remains compliant with university policies and sponsor requirements
Support accounts from inception through closeout
Provide guidance on budgeting, allowable expenditures, and financial planning
Process and review financial transactions such as fund and cost transfers, no-cost extensions, and spending approvals
Reconcile monthly ledgers
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and projections using university financial systems
Review purchasing and payment documentation
Identify and resolve accounting issues to ensure accurate reporting and responsible stewardship of funds in support of the division’s research mission
Qualification
Required
