Responsibilities
Prepare individual, partnership, S-corporation, and C-corporation tax returns under supervision
Assist with tax extensions, estimated tax calculations, and related compliance filings
Organize and review client source documents for completeness and accuracy
Perform basic tax research and assist with client questions
Work with senior staff and managers to meet deadlines and firm quality standards
Use firm software and workflow tools to track assignments and deliverables
Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or near completion)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting concepts
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
0–2 years of experience in public accounting or relevant internship experience preferred
Interest in pursuing CPA licensure (CPA exam progress a plus)
