Account Executive - Enterprise Sales
Semsee is an insurtech SaaS company focused on modernizing commercial insurance distribution. They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling their platform solutions to various insurance organizations, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Responsibilities
Own and close complex B2B sales opportunities across insurance agencies, MGAs, carriers, wholesalers, and enterprise partners
Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound, inbound, and strategic relationship-driven efforts
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving executives, operations, IT, compliance, and procurement
Develop tailored sales strategies aligned to insurance procurement cycles and budgeting timelines
Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities
Continuously improve sales processes, messaging, and playbooks to drive repeatable, scalable success
Accurately forecast revenue and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene
Build and maintain relationships in person by traveling to conferences and in person meetings with new and prospective clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B SaaS or insurance technology sales experience as well as at least 1 year of enterprise sales experience
Proven success closing complex, multi-month deals in regulated or enterprise environments
Strong understanding of commercial insurance distribution, workflows, and buyer personas
Ability to articulate technical and operational value to both business and technical audiences
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
