UPS - National Urban League - Business Executive Exchange Program (BEEP) 2026 Summer Internship Program
The National Urban League is offering a 12-week immersive internship program through the UPS Foundation designed for undergraduate students. The selected intern will gain hands-on experience in business and social impact initiatives, focusing on project management and community engagement.

Responsibilities
Provide support across The UPS Foundation’s four focus areas
Support national conferences, activations, storytelling projects, and event coordination
Work on high-visibility initiatives tied to partnerships with key national partners
Support for BEEP-related activities and events during the NUL Conference
Qualification
Required
Current Student at Clark Atlanta University, current undergraduate junior with an expected graduation date in May 2027 or sooner
Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
Strong critical thinking, organization, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide range of applicants, grantees, outside advisors, and other experts
Strong attention to detail, ensuring that communications and deliverables are accurate, professional, and appropriate audience
A self-starter and quick learner who is highly motivated and outcome-oriented, always seeking innovative approaches to project execution
Digitally fluent
Must be willing to travel to Nashville, TN for conference visit (flight and hotel provided)
