Responsibilities
Build and QA responsive email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Apply AMPscript/SSJS for personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content
Maintain and update email content libraries
Support new microsite and website builds
Maintain and update existing CMS-powered pages
Ensure web experiences are fast, mobile-optimized, and on brand
Partner with marketing teams to rapidly deploy campaigns
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in email/web builds
Troubleshoot rendering issues across devices and browsers
Work closely with the Performance & Optimization Manager, senior developers, and designers
Translate creative briefs into functional email/web assets
Provide technical support during campaign launches
Develop skills in MarTech platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, analytics)
Expand front-end coding expertise (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Grow into a broader MarTech Developer role over time
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in front-end or email development (internships, freelance, or entry-level roles considered)
Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ReactJS preferred)
Exposure to email development and testing tools a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or another ESP) preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new technologies
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
