Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including history-taking, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with evidence-based standards
Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care
Manage clinical documentation, in-basket messages, refills, and lab results on time
Qualification
Required
MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school (or FMG with ECFMG certification)
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted California medical license
DEA and CPR certification required
Strong commitment to caring for low-income and diverse patient populations
Preferred
1-2 years of experience in community health, FQHC, or underserved populations preferred
Experience with pediatric to adult primary care strongly preferred
Familiarity with HRSA, HEDIS, PCMH, and quality metrics is a plus (preferred)
EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred
