We are seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide training and support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Develop and implement ABA programs to address client goals and objectives
Provide training and support to clients and their families, including parents, teachers, and other caregivers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Qualification
Required
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
1 year of experience in the ABA field
Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
