Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on company strategy, long-term planning, and organizational development
Provide financial insight and strategic guidance to support operational performance, growth initiatives, and capital planning
Lead financing activities, including capital raises, debt strategy, and bank relationship management
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance
Manage standard cost accounting processes and deliver accurate, actionable financial data to operational leaders
Oversee ERP systems and drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting, and analytics
Direct tax planning, insurance programs, and enterprise risk management activities
Provide executive oversight of Human Resources to ensure alignment with business objectives, culture, and workforce needs
Provide strategic oversight of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring security, stability, and alignment with business goals
Support the evaluation and implementation of advanced technologies, including automation and AI tools, to enhance forecasting, operations, and decision-making
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Finance, HR, and IT teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
Strong knowledge of GAAP, ERP systems, and standard costing
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning
Prior responsibility for capital raising, debt management, and banking relationships
Experience developing and maintaining strong internal controls and risk management frameworks
Working knowledge of IT systems and networks; comfort supporting system upgrades and emerging technologies

CPA preferred
Experience overseeing HR and/or IT functions preferred
