Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between the client, agency, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
Leads the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring deliverables meet approved objectives, timelines, and budgets
Maintains consistent, transparent communication with clients to foster trust and ensure clarity across all initiatives
Partners with clients to negotiate proposals, scope, and budgets that balance strategic needs with business goals
Cultivates strong, mutually beneficial relationships with vendors to enhance efficiency and project excellence
Attends all client meetings and ensures timely, detailed follow-up and documentation of next steps and decisions
Collaborates closely with Creative teams to champion high-quality work; provides clear, actionable feedback grounded in brand strategy and creative insight
Partners with Creative and Project Management teams to translate client goals into strategic solutions and alternative approaches that drive results
Qualification
Required
You bring 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, with a solid understanding of the industry's pace, precision, and purpose
You deliver exceptional client service — anticipating needs, solving problems, and making every interaction feel effortless
