Billing Coordinator
Ziegler Industries, LLC is seeking an Administrative Billing Coordinator to provide administrative, timekeeping, and billing support for field and office teams. This role ensures accurate labor and equipment tracking, compliance with company and client requirements, and timely invoicing for assigned job sites.

Responsibilities
Support Project Manager and field staff with administrative tasks
Record, reconcile, and track daily labor, materials, and equipment usage
Manage timekeeping systems, attendance, PTO, PPE, and office supplies
Prepare and process accurate invoices and billing statements; ensure compliance with contracts and client guidelines
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve billing inquiries
Maintain accurate job records and assist with onboarding new employees
Qualification
Required
Experience in office administration, timekeeping, and construction billing required
Knowledge of construction contracts, labor operations, T&M billing, and AIA invoicing (AIA G702/G703)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore, Sage 100, or NetSuite preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
