Enterprise Network Architect
Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an Enterprise Network Architect for a high-impact, visionary role. The architect will be responsible for the convergence of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT), ensuring secure and resilient networks for corporate offices and the electrical grid.

Responsibilities
Architectural Vision: Direct the design and governance of enterprise-scale network architectures, bridging on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments
IT/OT Convergence: Lead the strategic integration of corporate IT networks with industrial control systems (OT), ensuring seamless but secure interoperability
Compliance & Security: Serve as the architectural guardian for NERC CIP regulatory standards. Implement Zero Trust frameworks, network segmentation, and defense-in-depth strategies
Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain long-term blueprints for SD-WAN, SDN, and Next-Gen wireless (Cellular/Wi-Fi) adoption
Technical Authority: Act as the lead SME for vendor selections, proof-of-concept initiatives, and high-level technical escalations
Qualification
Required
Total IT Leadership: 15+ years of progressive technical experience
Architectural Depth: 10+ years specifically in network architecture or advanced design for large-scale environments
Domain Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience designing networks for Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Telecommunications (Required)
Credentialing: At least one of the following is required: CCIE, CISSP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty, or CISM
