Responsibilities
Support data-driven decision making by analyzing trends, identifying optimization opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
Implement strategic improvements that enhance customer experience across the lifecycle while monitoring KPIs to measure impact
Develop and maintain performance dashboards that provide critical insights for portfolio monitoring and operational excellence
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, data science, and operations teams to execute business initiatives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating bottlenecks and balancing business needs with technical constraints
Execute ad hoc analyses with analytical rigor to support business operations and drive bottom-line results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
2+ years of relevant professional experience; Advanced degree may substitute for experience requirements
Proven track record in operational excellence, process optimization, and data analytics
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms such as Tableau
Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication of complex concepts
Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong interpersonal coaching capabilities
Ability to influence stakeholders, navigate negotiations, and drive projects to successful completion
Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple concurrent initiatives
Adaptable communication style effective across various channels in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Excellent written and verbal communications skills to communicate in person, by phone, and through email
Adaptability and flexibility to changing environment
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, challenging environment
Ability to read, write, evaluate, and apply information
Ability to interact professionally and exhibit appropriate social skills
Ability to use standard collaborations tools such as Rally, MS Teams, Zoom
Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
MS Office – intermediate user (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
