Responsibilities
Build and manage end‑to‑end onboarding workflows
Coordinate new hire documents, training schedules, and orientations
Set up new hires in Paylocity (payroll + benefits)
Partner with internal teams on equipment, licensing, and credentials
Deliver engaging, informative onboarding sessions
Serve as the main point of contact for new employees
Continuously improving onboarding processes to enhance satisfaction and retention
Qualification
Required
3+ year of administrative/clerical experience
Experience with HRIS systems and 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Onboarding (Highly preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail
A positive, welcoming, people-first attitude
