Junior Account Manager
Beyond Publisher is looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Account Manager to join their growing Partnerships team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients, managing client accounts and ensuring successful campaign execution.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and nurturing strong relationships
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client needs are met and projects stay on track
Assist in the day-to-day management of client campaigns, from initial setup to final reporting
Help prepare presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials
Act as a problem-solver, proactively identifying and addressing client concerns to ensure a positive experience
Support the senior account managers and directors in developing and executing partnership strategies
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client goals to provide informed support and insights
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
A self-starter with strong communication and time management skills
A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a knack for solving problems and anticipating needs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A collaborative spirit and a willingness to be a true team player in a fast-paced environment
An eagerness to learn and grow, with the flexibility to adapt and 'wear many hats' as needed
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business) or equivalent experience
Preferred
Familiarity with digital media, affiliate marketing, or branded content is a plus
Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Impact, Skimlinks, or affiliate networks is a bonus
Experience in client-facing or cross-functional team roles preferred
