Build solutions within this high-impact ecosystem
Focus on workflows that save coaches time

Features that keep parents connected to the game
Work closely with a cross-functional team across the engineering, quality, product, design, and scrum disciplines
Deliver full-stack web and mobile features
Iterate rapidly and deploy changes to the product hundreds of times a day
Propose solutions to more ambiguous technical challenges
Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers
Qualification
Required
Exposure to mature, full-stack web application code
2+ years experience building across many levels of a web application: from the client-side code, all the way down to the database
Experience with technologies like TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB and a number of AWS services
A collaborative, team-first mindset
Experience independently navigating uncertainty
Appetite for learning new things
Preferred
Professional background in C#, React, MongoDB and/or AWS
Experience working with hybrid teams
